Standard shipping (Israel Post) may provide limited tracking updates during transit.
In many cases the next tracking update will appear only once the package arrives in the destination country. For faster delivery and more detailed tracking updates, we recommend selecting DHL Express shipping.

We make every effort to ensure that our customers are not charged with any customs fees. Our customers can always count on us to be flexible and to offer them all the options they need. Our company will always assist the customer in making every effort, but we cannot be held liable for any issues with customs.

Your order will be dispatched within 2 working days of receiving payment. All orders shipped with delivery confirmation. Tracking number uploaded as soon as your order is shipped. Duty and Taxes fees (if any) are the sole responsibility of the customer. In the very unlikely event that your item is lost or damaged during post we will provide either a full refund or replacement.
