Our dental implants undergo a premium SLA process (aluminum oxide sandblasting and acid etching), which is the most widely used surface treatment for dental implants worldwide. The purpose of the SLA process is to create a controlled micro-rough surface through sandblasting, followed by acid etching, which removes any residual blasting particles from the implant surface. This process not only ensures a clean implant surface but also promotes osseointegration by creating a surface that supports strong bone-to-implant contact. Following the SLA process, all our dental implants undergo gamma sterilization to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and sterility.
It is known as the foundation of implant quality and is performed by immersing the implants in a special combination of specific acids. The resulting implant surface is characterized by a 2–4 micron micro-roughness, which promotes faster healing and long-term implant stability. Numerous studies have demonstrated that SLA-treated implants have a 98.8 percent survival rate with a 5–10 year follow-up, along with faster healing times and excellent long-term clinical performance.
